  • Five grants of $25,000 over 12 months for beginning work in this area and planning for larger, faculty-driven projects. 
  • $50,000 over 12 months for the assessment of general liberal education outcomes.
  • $25,000 over 12 months for the development and testing of a discipline-specific assessment instrument.

Special Grants

November 2005
  • A $600,000 grant to assist in hurricane recovery efforts in New Orleans: $500,000 will go to Dillard to help students return to New Orleans and to their studies, and $100,000 will go to Tulane to support their partnership with Dillard and two other New Orleans institutions.
