Grant Summary
$75,000 over 36 months for the College Connection Program (CCP). CCP serves 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students with access to and success within colleges and universities. Program activities include: assistance with college identification and applications, SAT preparation courses, financial literacy and planning workshops, college tours, and mentorship. Volunteer mentors meet weekly with students while in high school and continue their relationship through periodic check-ins once they have enrolled in college.
