Grant Summary

$41,000 over 9 months to support a planning grant that brings together faculty and campus leaders from the eight members of SEPCHE – Arcadia, Holy Family, Immaculate, Gwynedd Mercy, and Immaculata Universities and Cabrini, Chestnut Hill, and Rosemont Colleges. The purpose of this grant will be to explore substantive integration of the liberal arts into undergraduate preparation in teacher education, business, health, and technology. The members aim to deliver these integrated courses collaboratively in a hybrid mode as part of their strategy of making the curricular redesign financially sustainable in the long term. The faculty will collectively devise a consortium rubric to assess institutional proposals for curricular reform.
