Grant Summary
$50,000 over 30 months for a two-phase process. In the discovery phase, liberal arts and business faculty will benchmark best practices in curriculum design, instruction, and advising that integrate the liberal arts in business education. They will also observe courses in both programs, identify shared learning goals, and reflect on how to align and cross-reference courses. As a result of the discovery phase, the campuses will develop a “menu” of curricular, teaching, and advising practices that integrate the liberal arts into business education. In the pilot phase, liberal arts and business faculty will pilot selected strategies for curriculum, teaching, and advising from the menu.
