Grant Summary
$25,000 over 12 months to adapt the existing requirement, “Introduction to Western Culture I and II” to create a common intellectual experience around shared texts. Further, subsets of sections will be organized under “Humanities for Future Engineers” (HE) “Medical Humanities” (ME), and “Integrated Digital Humanities” (IDH) that will in turn serve as a springboard to different thematically organized pathways through general education.
