Grant Summary
$25,000 over 12 months to develop a 15-credit Cornerstone certificate that will be promoted as a sign of a student’s commitment to flexible and creating thinking, knowledge of the world’s great ideas and traditions, and a high level of skill in writing and communicating. The gateway course will be located in ENG 103 of the First Year Writing Program (FYWP), and the pathway component will be the subsequent writing-intensive course requirements (designated or tagged as WI, writing-intensive).
