Grant Summary
$200,000 over 36 months to establish the Drexel Cornerstone Certificate, a new humanities-centered program embedded within a major institutional redesign of the undergraduate curriculum as the institution moves from a quarter system to a semester system. The program will include a two-course gateway sequence through the First-Year Writing Program, which virtually every Drexel student encounters. If students wish to pursue the Drexel Cornerstone certificate, they will take three humanities pathway courses drawn from across the College of Arts and Sciences.
