Grant Summary
$25,000 over 12 months to Loyola University Chicago to complete a rigorous 12-month planning process with the assistance of the Teagle team to implement a Knowledge for Freedom program in the summer of 2023 or 2024. This program will enable Loyola to bring rigorous, civic-minded liberal arts education to underserved students in the high schools surrounding the University. Loyola’s summer seminar will feature transformative texts that explore questions about democracy and representation.
