Grant Summary
$100,000 over 36 months to a collaborative funding pool managed by Graduate NYC. Grants awarded through the “College Completion Innovation Fund” will be made to NYC community-based organizations as well as undergraduate colleges for projects that seek to address undergraduate transfer student success and increasing overall momentum and persistence to graduation. Prospective applicants will first participate in an Innovation Lab, which serves as an opportunity to build organizational capacity-building and strengthen project ideas. They will then be invited to submit a proposal for grants of $100,000-$200,000 over one to two years.
