Grant Summary
$100,000 over 24 months to a collaborative funding pool managed by Graduate NYC. Grants awarded through the “College Completion Innovation Fund” will be made to NYC community-based organizations as well as undergraduate colleges for projects that seek to address undergraduate transfer student success and increasing overall momentum and persistence to graduation.
