This article presents scholarly and practice-based evidence that literature discussions can improve workplace collaboration. These discussions are an integral aspect of Books@Work’s approach to bringing the humanities to settings outside the academy. The Teagle Foundation made grant to support this initiative in 2015, 2017, and 2020.
